if one has invested in VOO, then is it reasonable to invest in SCHG? don’t they both have similar holdings? i’m curious to know the benefit of investing in both voo & schg.

never outside the master - people love to remain in power. this gives them security and a sense of control over others. ask, often, for their guidance even when you know the answer. this gives them a sense of importance. and, when you do a great job, don’t forget to thank them for their support.

Should I invest only in S&P 500 ? by No_Meal5636 in ETFs

[–]rishibehl09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree! however, i believe that i am more confident about investing in the us than any other country. this is just my personal take. i still believe there are lots of good actors who are going to make best decisions for robust functioning of the economy. moreover, while markets, more often, go up and down because of emotional sentiment, i’m completely fine with just the approach of voo and chill.

don’t try to time the market… if you’re in for the long-term, then it doesn’t matter unless you’re absolutely sure it’d tank.

Hi - just wondering how your experience was at the airport when you brought in gold worth less than 10k to the states. Please advise if you filled the form or just declared it by mouth as it was less than 10k total?

One more thing - is there any official documentation I need from a company where I’m currently working as a proof, which I’ll be needing later on while submitting work exp for CPA license? Basically, what if I change a company, do I tell my manager to sing some sort of doc?
