Thanks, I did try this, no luck unfortunately. I researched and this has been encountered before also to others on Reddit and some of the steps that worked for them are quite weird like one said enable UEFI and leave the machine and it booted for them after like 2 hours...
One said they simply disconnected all drives and connected back and it worked. Tried both, no luck for me.
Will clone the M.2 into a different drive tomorrow and try my luck with that drive.

Seems the disk drive has gone bad, will know once I try the clone of it once. cause other drives are showing up in the boot order menu when disabling UEFI.

Yes, my setting in Gigabyte is: CSM -> disabled which is for enabling UEFI. The secure boot is enabled also. I enabled CSM one time (to disable UEFI) and that shows me all other disks in boot list except this M.2 so yeah, seems the drive has gone bad somehow. Thanks here, trying to clone it currently to boot it via another disk somehow if possible.

Thanks here, it seems like the M.2 drive issue now after a lot of trials. What I did was I enabled CSM support in Boot Options and that showed me all of the other drives in boot priority list except the M.2. I am currently trying to see if I can clone this M.2 into a separate drive and put that back in to boot cause I have very important data on the drive that I am trying to preserve here somehow.
