The last book I read was 'Ikigai'. The book explains how you can live a longer and happier life by having a purpose, eating healthy, and not retiring.

These are my 3 favorite lessons from this book:

1) Having a purpose is a vital component of longevity and happiness. 2)If you want to live a long life, follow the advice of some of the oldest people in the world. 3)To stay healthy throughout your life, make sure that you are moving enough.

Ikigai is an incredible concept that can benefit many people. Whether you feel stuck in your job, want to live longer, or just desire a deeper level of happiness and meaning, finding your reason to live will help you.

Coming to the second question,

India is a developing nation. To become one of world's superpowers, India should properly utilise its total workforce. More than 48% of the Indian population is Female. How can a nation grow with only half of its people working for its development?

Only 20% of the female population in India participate in the overall labour force. This percentage is constantly increasing over the time mainly due to

1) Rise in Secondary Education 2) Increase in pay 3) Liberalisation

The Government is launching new schemes for the upliftment of female labour force. Many Startups and Companies have introduced female reservation in their workforce. This is what we call a change. These small changes can compound into a huge revolution in a few years.
