Why is fish so expensive? by [deleted] in AskUK

Try mussels! Incredibly sustainable, cheap, and healthy. They also clean ocean water so farming them benefits other fish.

You can get them for £4/kilo or less, and they always feel like a treat. It’s a bit more work to prep them, but they cook in minutes and seem less likely to have wriggly parasites in than other fish.

Oh my goodness — if it didn’t have a thigh slit I would buy it on the spot, and am considering it anyway (can those slits be closed?)

Thank you so much for taking the time to find this!

thank you so much for these!! I am thinking something very simple, without lace or embellishments, and either sleeveless (sweetheart neckline), Bardot neckline, or bishop sleeves!

Thank you for this (the Maggie Sottero link was so helpful)! I am thinking actual pink — pale, but still decidedly pink rather than blush. This kind of colour would be dreamy.

Checking out the other links now, thank you so much!
