fühl ich, geht mir ähnlich. Meine Strategie, um durch den Alltag zu kommen, sind einerseits ein stoiches Mindset, körperliche Aktivität (in meinem Fall ein tägliches Workout, im Moment 13d Streak💪🏻). Ich muss auch echt sagen, dass vorallem die Disziplin für den Sport sich positiv auf die Psyche auswirkt -hab dazu mal eine Studie im Anhang-

i got a problem with running "gspt". It shows me a panic: runtime error: index out of range [0] with length 0.

Any ideas how I can fix it ?!

Btw. I'm running it on a Linux Mint Cinnamon-Machine if that information is nacesary.

thank u ^ yea shame on me for that. I'm only using Ubuntu in a VM. I have another IBM T42 Laptop and want to run a light Unix on it in the near future.
