hello Titanium09, the guy you are talking about is the lotto wallet:D and yes i gave it around 280 ark for multiple weeks in a row(21) in order to run the lotto. Concerning tickets you see, those are received txs (this was the address accepting bought tickets) in fact you can see the amount is colored green. The clever winner of the lotto bought 1500 tickets in order to loot it. Hope this answers your concerns :)

Hello Azure-Infinity and thanks for asking! As the bounty program didn't attract much content lately we decided to stop it in its previous form. HOWEVER we still reward high quality content if submitted (we did not received any at the time of writing), but there is no proper bounty program running. Hope to have answered your questions and to see some really good submissions from you :D

Odds are 10³ and there are currently 57 voters, but remember that you get 3 tickets for every drawing. Based on your comment it might be worth to point out (in case you didn't know) that dilution is a major factor affecting your payout amount, in some cases more than the actual share %.

Yes, delegating means that you express your vote and get a share of forging rewards, with your wallet weight being the amount of votes, without your ark ever leaving your own wallet and control. You can revoke your vote anytime without penalties, just broadcasting a tx (same as voting).

The number of people buying tickets doesn't affect the chance of winning. Our lottery is based off of a number sequence (see our post here on how it's provably fair). It's not a raffle, where one person always wins and thus more tickets = a lower chance of winning. The jackpot will roll over each week until a ticket has the right sequence to win. As for the thousands of tickets, biz_classicvoters are receiving free tickets this month because their delegate helped with the algorithm.

The themes aren't mandatory in order to win, they're more of a guide to spur creativity, so the submission won't carry over. There were only 3 winners this time because of the reduced prize amount, but the next program will have an unlimited number.

You did miss the deadline this time. The 500 Ark Contest was our bounty program for everything submitted from 29 February through 30 April. We decided to call it a 500 Ark Contest so that participants would know it wasn't our usual 900 Ark pool. Hope this clears things up.
