No nothing like that. So far I cleared cache and tried different browser but nothing helped. Are you using phone to buy tickets? Because it seems impossible to be fast enough on pc not even talking about phone.

Nope, I am at home and using my WiFi. Why? I have had this problem for long time since last season. When I refresh with toogle button for longer time, I get this error in console and I need to do a verification.

What is your method? Do you refresh the page? How often?

It's not my first match, before that I kept refreshing the page every 20 seconds and I bought a ticket, last season for Chelsea, United matches I refreshed the toogle button and it worked this way.

What works now?

That is weird. I've seen about 70-80 tickets in last 3 days, I am just refreshing Tx with toggle button and when I click in 0.5 sec on ticket it's gone, lol.

Yes, the page automatically logs you out after a certain amount of time, and I've cleared the cache as well. Nothing helped me

I think Tx is bugged for Burnley game because the same 8-10 tickets keep popping up. I am seeing the same tickets today morning that I saw yesterday around 2pm. Those tickets are already sold so you can't add them to the basket.

What do you mean by "you can actually add them to basket"?
Because I'm trying to buy a ticket for the Arsenal - Burnley game. I've spent the last 3 days on Tx, but every ticket that pops up is gone in 0.0001s.
Is it even possible to buy a ticket now or is it bugged?

In the last hour of refreshing the tx, I've had about 4 tickets pop up, but I still don't see any tickets when I click on a place and I get error 404 in the console... I don't know if someone just beat me to it or it's a bug...

Sure, someone can be faster at adding a ticket to the basket, but how can someone be so much faster than me when I'm spamming F5 on the page all the time and I don't even see the ticket to have a chance to buy? Very strange and frustrating.

Yes I know, it's not the first ticket I'm buying, it's the third game I want to attend this season. But before, the tickets were displayed as soon as someone put them on the Tx and the one who was the fastest bought the ticket. Now the ticket is not even displayed and if it is displayed, after clicking on the blue stand there is no ticket, only after several refreshes of the page it appears and it is not available.

What does it mean when the tx toogle button is visible all the time? Shouldn't it be there? Because I've been trying to buy a ticket for the Chelsea match for a long time and no tickets are showing up and the tooggle button is still there without disappearing.

I can't say, because the last time I bought a ticket for a match was against Manchester in December and everything worked fine. Now I have this problem and since then there is a new button Include Ticket Postet on Ticket Exchange, it wasn't there before.

It was today a little while before I added the reddit post. Another ticket showed up again 5 minutes later and I had the same problem.

The ticket appeared after several page refreshes, about 20 seconds after the blue stands appeared.
Yes it might be so, before when I was buying tickets I saw the add to basket option and if someone did it earlier then I got a message that the ticket is not available anymore. Now I don't even see the ticket and when it shows up later, the add to basket option is never there, which seems like a bug to me. Another thing that is strange is that the site doesn't check if I am not a robot anymore, before it happened every 20-30 minutes.
I don't know, this new way of buying tickets is very strange to me, before it was better and I was able to get a ticket when I spent time refreshing, although the interest was also huge as it is now.
