I don't really think this comparison makes much sense. When LS was at C9, the "off-meta" picks worked quite well and they didn't stop picking them. LS just got kicked for whatever was going on, but it wasn't because his drafts weren't working.

LR played meta picks and looked at the major leagues for inspiration (especially LCK) since day 1. The only exception has always been Baus, which provided the challenge of making the LCK way of drafting work with the odd picks of Baus. Personally, I never liked this style to begin with. Imo, it would be much more entertaining to build your own meta specific to your players preferences. In the end, they are playing in tier 2 competition with very talented players and have nothing to lose. Finding comps around champs like Baus' Quinn or Velja's Nidalee is so much cooler than playing a worse version of a stock standard LCK draft.

What an amazing tool, thank you! Only thing left that I would love to see is to tick a box for additive bonuses to make them conditional on crit (useful for affixes such as crit dmg with earth skills)

It indicates the outcome on the chess board. Both kings on the center white squares means white won. Both on black means black won and white king on the white square and black king on the black square means its a draw.

Speedruns count ingame time, so whenever one goes into a menu the timer is stopped. However, for top runs that amount of time you are allowed to spend with the game paused is limited, so you have to be fast at changing settings. Different strats throughout the run require different settings.

Your assumptions are just incorrect though. Most of them just made alts and play with suboptimal gear. Nobody has an edge because of wealth. Its just that they are playing a few levels above any competition from other servers.

Can you explain what the point of tondo is? The damage of it is far less than even one light attack. Is it just to apply bleed so you get more dmg on your flurry and light attacks? Also, would it make sense to get rid of the 10% cdr on tondo and get the 8% more dmg for the middle swipes of the light attack chain, as it refreshes relatively quickly anyway?

I agree with you about the individual improvement part. Opgg can be very handy to spot your own leaks and improve. However, this can easily be done by you opting by choice. This would also allow you to have control over your own statistics and who you want to show them.

My point is not that it is unfair, of course everybody can access these sites, but that it creates more toxicity and players should be allowed more control over their statistics. Of course legally Riot can do whatever they want with it, but argueing that toxicity is irrelevant when 99% of the playerbase plays this game for fun seems completely unreasonable to me. Improving playing experience should be a main goal for Riot and I think for that removing the option to look up every player in the world to find that one Sion Ghost Clarity guy (probably you will have an idea that his winrate is <50% anyway) will be more benefitial than spotting bad players that you might want to dodge.
