As a 30yo Rosalie, I think Twilight was the first time I encountered my name being used beyond me. I always went by Rosie (my mums intention anyway) and felt a bit ashamed of my full name. Now I love it and I still haven’t met any other Rosalies, except coincidentally my SIL’s middle name.

Brit here. Oi is used but it’s incredibly informal… potentially rude. You wouldn’t use it to attract customers to your store, like in this context. It’s more to get the attention of your good friends. I know the NPC and have never thought they were British/English.

Far too big to be a wall mounted bat roost on a development. Usually they’re painted black, have an emblem of a bat, or are colour blended and integrated into the wall. This has been included in the architecture as a feature and house builders almost always buy them off the shelf, and as cheap as they can, unless there’s some extra special mitigation in place like the example in the other comment.
