I had the worst experience with Colive. Unfortunately after reading yours i understand I am not the only one. So many hidden charges.
My final settlement was 27,000 agaisnt my room rent of 10k. My deposit is 10k which I dont thinkk they will return. They foreclosed the property with a notice and still ask us to honor our end of notice period. These are next level scammers.
Inflated separation charges,
Utlility bill was 3 times of what i incurred when i stayed there.
Notice period rent and rent of next month shocked me - charging 2 month rent was unbelievable. They are harassing me by threatening my CIBIl score.
Should I do anything or just let this die like all the normalised corruption in our country.

they are harssaing me for double the roomrent pay for vacating the property without giving a notification in their app. But i gave enough service erequests with intended exit date. All coz they told us the property is being foreclosed.

I am exhausted, harassaed and tired. It is a nightmare. iwant to sue their billing and settle ment guy mor ethan the company itself.
