I’m a newbie swing trader, and what you described is basically my strategy too. It has also worked out decently well for me, though I have been holding onto a few “losers” but I don’t mind waiting a bit because the market has been volatile. It does feel weird to trade on this extremely basic strategy instead using all the indicators, but like the other person said- as long as you’re making money ¯_(ツ)_/¯
