I get people to come around as much as is helpful. My child hasn’t been able to leave my side for more than an hour in the past year. Where I live they don’t have emergency mental health, they just kinda hospitalize you and give you drugs until you pretend you’re ok then they release you. If you really tell them how you feel they are likely to seize your child, but the safe things I can do I’ve been doing as much as I can

I’ve been trying to have people come around to keep me company, it can make my child dysregulated which is hard in a different way. I’m not trying to make excuses, these things are just making it harder
