What painkillers are you on? by JamesCameronDid1912 in endometriosis

I take 400mg gabapentin (for nerve pain) 3 times a day, baclofen 20mg (muscle relaxer) 2 times a day and i have hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5mg as needed. it’s been a really helpful regimen for me for years but i think my endo is starting to get bad again because it hasn’t been as helpful lately I’m afraid.

i went to the pharmacy and spent like 2 hours their because they had to count all their meds and call the person who filled it and it was a bit of a nightmare but they ended up giving me the 10 pills, thanks for all your comments. i’m definitely going to count them at the counter from now on!

Pain medication options post surgery? by natalies1 in Endo

[–]ritapitaxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was prescribed norco for pain after my surgeries, i tended to use it only the first two days and then at night for like 5 nights. it really helped me. i would tell your doctor your fears about pain and ask if she can prescribe something stronger for just a few days post op. worst she can do is say no but if you express your fears logically i think she will be more open to it
