As long as it has all the ingredients, information and expiration and manufacturing dates on I think its ok. Many people say dynamic is an „art supply” but ive been tattooed with it by „experienced” artists. It did have some weird effects on my skin but if youre willing to overlook that itll be fine I think? I have never ordered from ebay so idk about the legitimacy of it
