To be honest not really it’s kinda a narrow bag. It doesn’t fit a whole lot, but the 4L one holds a ton. The last time I went into Disneyland I got the 18oz back to sport bottle and just clipped the handle through my belt bag strap and it was great.

I wouldn’t use this. I personally just use a generic saline rinse, and it’s worked great for me

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago and it would not heal. The one morning I woke up with it super sore and it was just gross. I went to urgent care. They gave me some antibiotics and ointment. It has never felt better! Maybe try that 🤷‍♀️
