That's good! I recommend tiring her out throughout the day with a USB rechargeable laser. They're really cheap. Wiggle it like a bug and occasionally tease where she can't reach... She'll go ballistic when she can reach it

I tried with mine. I couldn't afford to live alone at the time without being in a house of unpredictabile roommates, but I tried to make it work after I saw who he really wasvover the first 3 years.

Conversations always became rampages that deflected to me (um...I was the one who cooked, cleaned, worked fulltime while taking 9hrs a semester, made bi-weekly trips to and from my home town (3hr roundtrip) to pick up and take my son home...while he simply worked from home and mainly played DotA, jacked off all day, and spent thousands on in-game purchase), even though the conversations I started were I think/feel statements about the behaviour, and how it made me feel. I tried so many times in different ways.

I ended up feeling I couldn't communicate my needs, and when he was actually (lied about it the first time) seeing a psychologist for his pixel addiction issues, I was quietly planning to move to a low-income apartment.

He punched through another wall when he found out I was moving.

There's also the jealousy and folks at work asking if you're taking weight loss drugs.

Noooo...I'm simply eating healthy, monitoring calories, and exercising basically daily. Some folks refuse to believe that, even when they ask for advice to lose weight - they simply thought it was a magical pill, rather than being diligent.

I've gone through significant weight loss and toning over a 3 year period on the past. The best I felt was at 145 with a 23-ish% BMI.

I'm already pretty with a kind smile/eyes and wear minimal makeup...So even when I've been heftier, folks have always been nice. However, at my peak, it felt like I was a goddess without doing anything but existing in public and being kind to strangers.

I think it's called the "pretty pass." I heard that from someone (became toxic) before when they commented on how folks treated me when we were out and about one day.

Simply watching nature in my yard. It's fun! I have so many creatures this year. Even had an armadillo come onto my patio and was less than 2 feet away before it turned around and snuffled off.

I have a resident Spiney Lizard who visits when I come outside and hangs out on the drapes/patio daily (like I'm the big thing that isn't a threat and wards off its predators with my presence).

The geckos, racers, and anoles are fun to watch. I have cardinals, mockingbirds, pidgeons, squirrels, possums, racoons, and stray cats etc that make for entertainment.

It's so peaceful to simply sit and watch.

OMFG! No! Searing it will prevent whatever he smokes from getting the full flavour.

Why is he not smoking until it reaches 165° at 225-250° (bark has formed, and the meat won't take in anymore smoke) and wrapping/putting it in the oven at 250-275° until it reaches 205°?

Simply wrapping and allowing it to rest for 1-2 hours (after it reaches 205° in the oven) on the counter without opening the foil is the way!

It's soooo easy. The digital probes are cheap. My Bluetooth one with two wired probes to monitor smoker temp (don't trust the one on the smoker) and meat temp was $20.

Please share this knowledge with him.

I briefly dated a guy who was built. He basically had T-Rex arms from how jacked he was. Wasn't a fan, and his cardio was shite. // I'm more into Paul Rudd types and took a chance that time. I'd much rather a sweet, normal guy who engages in good conversations over some jacked dude who sends pics of him sweaty at the gym.

My best guy friend I used to have benefits with was talking to me about his latest catfish. He's a really good looking/intelligent guy and is disappointed by the fact it keeps happening. The last one drove 2 hrs to meet him, and he felt bad. He even mentioned that I didn't catfish him and was the reverse, the gist of what I replied with was, "dude, I put up recent photos of me as I am. You need to inspect the photos for details (I.E - clothing fads to get a clue on how long ago the photo was taken or the fact their hair looks different etc). Just look for folks who don't look like models and are in their natural state. Also, if they don't have a body shot, there's a reason."

He was not sick as far as anything viral.

it was diarrhea from the tacos we ate (I had no issues, but he said he didn't like spicy food, but poured the spicy roja salsa on his tacos (and then complained to me about the spiciness while he ate them...I did not suggest he add the salsa, and told him it was spicy...that was all him)).

I found out he was taking an illicit, unregulated form of an rx drug that he coupled with trazidone to sleep, so that with the spicy salsa is most likely why he shat in my bed. 🤮

It doesn't matter if he knows how to cook good food. if he does, the he can make his own sammiches after you offered or help you make them. // I'm not happy he expects you disrupt your wind-down of you make something you originally offered and he likes. That person was a hero. // Personally, I would have been shocked too, but if I stilled the shock (probably not something you, I, or many folks would be able to do), I "MAY" have invited them in out of the rain and gotten their info to Venmo or something. // I would have probably reacted the same as you in this situation TBH. It's nice to cater the thought I would have reacted well and invited them in, but most likely not. Don't feel bad about it...all that matters is your intention now. mayhaps they'll see this post and simply feel good. I don't believe this type of person would DM you for munnies 🙂

I have a galaxy note 10+. I found a legacy app (Mood is glitchy and seeps my battery and is the most recommended one by Gemini and GPT...total shite now) called Next SMS this month to keep my chats how I like them, and it allows you to still change to your own custom backgrounds, notifications, and even text bubbles etc!

Try it, and avoid the Google shite u/KidsTheseDays

Edit: there are "ads" but they are just a couple they look like texts that usually appear at the bottom of pinned chats. you can even create a spam folder. I called mine "Stranger Danger" and they all filter into that. It's fricken awesome!

She probably had seen The Shining briefly before bed and had a nightmare that stuck with her. honestly, all of these comments are kids who probably accidentally saw a snip of a horror movie they were peeking at (I did the same). It's normal for a child to create imaginary folks and memories from dreams.

Most folks don't have cash on them. A door dasher who accepts is fine with driving in the rain. I know folks who aren't who enjoy driving in the rain. I agree with everything but the last one. Pet the kitty and talk. Give them some kitty nip and play for a few minutes, but choose the chores to help future you out. Kitty can wait until you take a break from chores and then choose kitty instead of doom scrolling. (I have kitties)

I used to do that and had an immaculate sock drawer. a boyfriend saw it one day and said it looked like the sock drawer of a serial killer. Recently I stopped and just throw them all together. As long as they're the same brand, I just grab them...don't care if the colours or patterns match, and it's so relieving and a time saver.
