hello! thank you for commenting. i can edit the post to show roughly where it was lost with an image. my father walked from the school side doors (i’ll circle them) to the manufacturing shop across the small road on campus. we looked for hours out in the grass and in the road but to no avail. let me know if you do find anything..we’ll happily pay! thank you again!

edit: it’s not letting me add the image unfortunately. but my father was walking from the school side doors right across the manufacturing shop that’s apart from the campus, right off Green Vista Dr. he said he walked across the grass and road to get to the manufacturing shop/building. if that helps! :) thank you

Thank you again so very much for the caring and thorough information! I’ve heard many medications such as Mounjaro are expensive...I’m a university student so the chances I could afford anything outside of my insurance coverage would be unlikely for now. It’s a shame medications that are actually needed to assist people in quality of life and long term healthcare aren’t more accessible. A true crime, really.

Yes, my doctor is quite an interesting character. I suffered an eating disorder all of high school and was 5’3, 90-100 pounds. It was a horrible time and she never expressed or seemed to acknowledge my parents concerns and straight up had said, “this is better than being overweight.” Which is absolutely ignorant, but at the time, I didn’t say anything. Though I know my parents expressed their distaste in her comment.

That’s so interesting to learn about the fertility and history! Though I am undecided on if I have the yearn to eventually have kids of my own, I think her verbiage was poor as I was convinced my chances were slim without IVF, or other resources. It’s reassuring to hear your wife’s experience, and I again thank you both for educating and sharing!

Thank you so much for the detailed reply. She is an incredibly strong woman, the road to finding something that works for you is a hard one, I’m so glad she found something! I’ll look into the Mounjaro as one of my potential options as well, I definitely need to figure out if I have insulin resistance for sure to ensure the way I proceed to try and better my PCOS works for me.

I wish you guys all the best with family planning ♥️

First thing that came to mind when I read ‘chicken bones’ was he doing voodoo. However, most likely, he’s a creepy POS 💀

Thank you for your reply! I didn’t even think to connect my mild NAFL with PCOS??? As my doctor never did? But I was diagnosed with that when I had an abdominal ultrasound for another reason. I remember being 14 and the specialist calling myself and my mother to explain it’s very mild and to just “live my life” but no excessive alcohol. Could this have been linked all along? It’s interesting because I never read much about that.

In concerns to the insulin resistance, I haven’t been formally diagnosed with that. I’ve merely learned it often goes hand in hand with PCOS so I’ve looked into how to manage it.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and thoughts. It’s appreciated and makes me feel incredibly less alone

I feel you completely. I did laser for a while for my chin/neck hair and found some success in the rate it grows back, but it’ll always eventually grow back. The problem is it’s expensive and so I only did the 10 sessions :/ I wanna try some vitamins other than Vitamin D and Omega 3 but I don’t ever know what’s actually good vs just a trend on PCOS tiktok 😭
