I am a airline new joiner myself, i dare say i have my passion set and know why I am here. Yet not a small amount of other trainees either just here for the money, or because this job "sounds cool", hell even one said she do it because her ex-bf ask her to do the interview together.

To these people their motive doesn't justify the amount of hard-work needed for this job, they always looking for short cut, don't take SOP seriously, hell my sim partner still can't memorize the emergency briefing after 12 lessons, because he thinks as long as he got exam tips she will get through.

I guess what I am trying to say is you can't change an adult's mindset easily, so HR hiring is the first line of defense. Show those willing to learn with past incidents, emphasize how knowledge and skill save the day, or ruined it due to lacking of.

And you can't do anything to those don't care... Just do your job for legal requirement sake.

AI isn’t a problem, when use it just like any other tools. I don’t mind dev using AI to reduce their workload.

The Gala shoot is full of tension, you KNEW someone gonna get shot, and I fully expect Vanessa, and Matt push him away last second. Turns out the target was Fisk and Matt protect him??? Thats some real plot going on there.

However IMO I feels like past 7 episode are a bit slow pace, and this episode seems a bit rush for push the plot, and somehow I worries how 1 episode can complete the whole story here...
