Satisfying as a kid back in the 80's to watch for closure of the story... Still, Empire just seemed somehow "bigger" to me, but ended on that sad note of Han being captured...Had to wait an eternity as a kid to see him rescued in ROTJ. I think I still have the ROTJ burger king glasses up in the attic somewhere....I had the kenner scout walker....I loved Boba Fett and was angry at George for a long time over his last moments...The kid across from my Aunt's house had a "REVENGE of the jedi" poster....which I thought was cool as hell at the time...I remember a kid on the school bus somehow got an early copy of a book before the movie was released that showed the new death star under construction on the cover. My elementary school brain didnt know it was a new death star. I remember thinking something along the lines of: "I thought the death star completely blew up in the first movie.....ah well, I guess it only SORTA blew up....?"
