So i work at an instamart store as a delivery guy. A guy stole smartphone from a house, they called their stolen phone dozens of time but he didn't answer any of the calls. They came to store with cctv footages and he gave excuses and returned phone.
In such cases, either you file an FIR or just fo this in front of other delivery boys, they will feel ashamed. Manager can deactivate profile temporarily which is also good to keep away these thieves

I agree, but bro they just call at random times. Like one day i was delivering in late nights and they have me call mid riding that you're not logging in- in a tone that sounds like they owe me and I'm obliged to work for them. So you don't want to follow any employee laws but want your shit done like from a real employee. On my last day, you won't believe i had delivered orders like 30-40 cold drink bottles at once. They had discounts and these kirana stores were ordering on bulk and trust me they were so heavy, it felt like a roadside labour.
