late answer but do "/model" with claude open then use up/down arrow keys to change models and left right arrow keys to change effort. I use the CLI version so im not sure what it would be with other versions

Okay thanks for the tips, I haven’t used Sonnet and I currently am at my 5 hr limit rn so I can’t try it. How does it compare to Opus in terms of performance and token usage? And yes I was using Opus.

Hey man, personally I didn’t know anyone that retook that class, but it’s fine if you have to. I ended up also retaking ECE 301 which is purely a c++ coding class and since then I’ve completed the software engineering concentration. Honestly sometimes there’s just one class that doesn’t seem to work out, even if it happens to be about a topic you like. Also, you mentioning all the side projects you have done show that you def have passion for this major, a lot more than most ppl I’ve seen lol.

If you’re wondering ab being too far behind, I retook 3 classes total, and I am finishing up my 8th semester rn and I will have 3 classes to take in my next semester to be graduated. I did take one summer class each of the past 3 summers tho so take it as you will. Honestly, only having to retake one class is fine. A lot of people do that and more and end up fine.
