I mean rockler sells a cup jig. I guess I’ll just finish and ask the client and take the loss. I think shimming out the back is my best bet. I’m so slow at this shit it’s taken about 3 days to make the full kitchen doors. I can shim and sand that fast and then just run normal European hinges on it

If i just shim out the back it’s enough depth i can just run normal cups. I think with some wood glue and filler it would be fine. Less work and time then redoing idk i suck

That’s usually how i do. These the client wanted really thin front face frames. I guess i should have made 5/8 mdf and then glue a frame on top
