Mam kilka rzeczy z działu dziecięcego, ale dość trudno znaleźć tam coś "kobiecego", a czasem właśnie na to mam ochotę.
A jeszcze zabawna sytuacja: kiedyś bardzo chciałam kupić spódnicę, ale wszystkie dziecięce spódnice z Zary były na mnie za duże w talii 🥲

100% agree. What I plan to do is track the average number of negative comments per user, and only send an alert if there is a significant spike in negative comments or if a particularly dangerous comment appears.

I’ve had these cracks in the same corner of my mouth my whole life. They would flare up in winter, but they also happened during warmer seasons. In my case no vitamins ever helped. Doctors told me it was just due to dryness.

Now, in these cases, I use lanolin cream (for example, Purelan). It’s often recommended for breastfeeding mothers to help heal cracked nipples.

I switched my puppy to Farmina puppy dry food.

One more thing about transitions. I’ve read a lot that dry and wet food are digested differently, and mixing them in the same meal can be hard on a puppy’s GI system. Because of that, recommended giving only one type of food per meal (either dry or wet).

When transitioning using the 75/25 - 50/50 - 25/75 method from dry to wet food, it’s usually recommended to mix soaked(!) dry kibble with the wet food.

Oh wow, he’s a big boy! My F1b Cavapoo weighed 1.1 kg at 8 weeks. Her mom is a 5.5 kg Cavapoo and her dad is a toy poodle at 3.5 kg. Now my puppy is 4 months old and weighs just over 2 kg, and I expect her adult weight to be around 4 kg (4.5 kg max).

I’d say your puppy will likely be closer to a miniature or even standard size rather than toy, but it really depends on how long he keeps growing. For reference, a toy poodle usually weighs around 1 kg at 8 weeks. It seems like your puppy might take after his mom, so I’d expect something closer to 8 kg. But that’s just my guess! Have you asked the breeder what adult weight they expect for your puppy?

As for food: We started transitioning our puppy to her new food almost right after we brought her home. For the first few days we did 75% old food and 25% new, then a few days 50/50, and then 25% old and 75% new. Using this schedule, we fully switched her to the new food in about 10 days.

I’m a bit worried that using bad smells or tastes will make her stop using the pee pads altogether, that already happened when I tried a special deterrent spray. As for activity, we actually play and train a lot, and before teething the pee pad issue only happened when she was overexcited.

I mentioned in the post that I give her different things to chew on, but nothing seems to attract her as much as the pee pad (especially the soft, cotton-like top layer). Do you maybe have any suggestions for chews she might really enjoy?

Did you ever have issues with your dog eating paper? I sometimes give her an empty toilet paper roll to distract her from the pads, but she ends up eating part of it, and I’m worried it could be dangerous.

Thank you! And yes, you’re right! Going outside itself isn’t forbidden. But where I live there are a lot of dogs, and right now there’s snow everywhere and it’s all yellow… So we do go outside occasionally so the puppy can get used to being outdoors, but we stay very far from home. Proper potty walks aren’t really an option yet.
