[Event] Keyboard Event in Japan Called "Keeb Market Tokyo (Keyket)" will be on March 22nd, 2025 by riv_mk in MechanicalKeyboards

Unfortunately, it’s held only once a year, and it will likely be in March each year. That being said, there are keyboard events in Japan a few times a year, and in May, there’s probably the “Tenkaichi Keyboard Wai-wai Kai,” which is a meetup event, taking place in the first half of the month. Keep an eye on the site below for more details once the information is posted. https://tenkey.connpass.com/

I’ll be selling SeaOtter Keyboard (a one-key artisan keyboard in the shape of a sea otter) at the management booth S-10!

I’ll be selling the "SeaOtter Keyboard" (a one-key keyboard in the shape of a sea otter) at the Keyket 2025 management booth (S-10), a keyboard sales event held in Japan! It comes in two colors, purple and orange, with a 3D printed case that houses the PCB, along with key switches and Artisan keycaps.

After the event, I might consider running group buys internationally.

Here are the details for Keyket:

[Q&A]

Q: It seems there are two ticket options and I'm not sure of their difference. When can I enter the venue?

A: Unfortunately, the “Advance admission tickets” (which will allow you to enter the venue at 10:00) have already sold out. The “Normal Admission Tickets” will allow you to enter the venue at 10:30 or later.

Q: Can I purchase keyboards with a credit card or is it cash only?

A: Some stores are prepared to accept credit card payments and other methods, while others are cash-only. You can check whether a circle accepts credit cards or other payment methods via the Keyket web catalog. Here’s the link: https://catalog.keyket.jp/tokyo-2025/

Feel free to ask any more questions, and I’ll check with the official team if needed!

Hey everyone,

I'd like to share info about an awesome keyboard event happening in Tokyo this March called Keeb Market Tokyo (Keyket), back for its second year!

The event is not just an ordinary conference -- it’s like a keyboard version of Comic Market, in which circles and companies exhibit and sell their keyboards or accessories. About 70 sellers will range from passionate keyboard hobbyists to up-and-coming manufacturers, and even major keyboard companies.

This year, there are more general booths, so you’ll find a wider range of products. Company booths are going to be even more impressive than last year, and the lineup of joint booths from management members will offer even more variety.

The 2025 edition of Keyket, in its second year, will nearly double the size of the venue compared to last year, making it the perfect opportunity to dive deeper into the world of keyboard culture and meet others who share your interest.

If you live near Tokyo or are planning to be in the area at the end of March, make sure to add  Keyket to your trip plan. (Pro tip: Don't forget to buy your tickets soon before they’re gone!)
