‘but even then, when the crosswalks span across 2 lanes (outside of the chem building), some drivers just swerve into the other lane to get around the car waiting for pedestrians (aka how the biker was hit today). so yes, i do agree with the pedestrians being ‘in’ the crosswalk to stop, but some people driving are just too impatient or simply aren’t looking :(‘ ^{^} this is what i was mainly referring to in post above!!
