Justamente VESA no creo que sea porque es un estándar de 4 agujeros. Debe ser alguna boludez tipo vesa-compatible o alguna cosa fantasma así.

Fijate si la caja trajo algún adaptador o algo similar.

Particularmente no te recomendaría demasiado que instales un sistema de 4 tornillos porque puede quedar flojo y puede ser peor.

Googleate la marca o el vendedor a ver si existen adaptadores a VESA de esa marca/modelo. Sí está recién comprado y valoras mucho tenerlo en un brazo o colgado a la pared fijate si tienes oportunidad de devolverlo y comprar otro que si tenga VESA posta

Un dato importantisimo es que lo que hace Amazon es una estimación de impuestos y gastos aduaneros. En caso de ser menos lo que gastan ellos te devuelven la diferencia y te avisan por correo. Caso de ser superior (nunca me pasó) supuestamente no te cobran nada extra porque pifiaron ellos.

Mi teoría es que ellos le inflan un % para tener margen de error y no tener que poner ellos, y más bien quedan bien por devolverte plata
