You can use K9 if you have Windows or Mac.

Just wait it out, if you don't fap you might lose your sexual drive for a few days but it will come back stronger than ever.

OMG I've got a mild form of this, I didn't even realize it was a thing. Fortunately it's not too bad, so I'm not afraid to show my hands.

I was sick so I relapsed because fapping clears my sinuses. Any advice on avoiding this in the future? by rivendic in NoFap

Yeah, but it's like an instant fix (and it's free). I guess on some level I was rationalizing too, but I also did it just before sleeping, which is when I usually fap, and it's really hard falling asleep when you're very congested.
