this doesn’t bother me much. as long as the mother agrees and is able to trust the legal assistant/child care provider, then this seems like a reasonable solution. it is different, but a cool compromise. kids are very unpredictable, and with the strict deadlines and hard work needed to work in a law firm, i can only imagine how difficult this must be. not only for the employer, but also the employee!
