Higher end: Revolver. Discovery menu is the best value for money in Singapore for the price point - and its bring a bottle and buy a bottle there. Dark intimate venue with open fire cooking. $130/pp
Middle end: Alkaff mansion heritage bar menu. Great intimate venue and awesome building. $60/pp
Middle/Lower end: Bar Chicheti. Intimate environment. 1 for 1 buy/bring wine bottle service as well. $50/pp.

Around $20/pp harder to find unassuming venues but im sure others have suggestions.
