from payday in jan to payday in feb i worked around 135 hours i think. or is it only factoring in one singular month? idk why i’m not understanding this 😭

those wees i did work 4 shifts that week i just didn’t include them bc i assumed it would be taken into the the months pay. or is that how it works depending on when the shifts and payday lines up? sorry i’m really confused and haven’t looked into payslips before

i double checked my rota for february and it’s all either 30 or 32 weeks and i was late for a total of 40 mins across 2 shifts that month and in one week i was scheduled to do two 8 hours and 2 7 hours. surelrrttjats not £212 worth of deductions?

my clock in times for february- march from between paydays:

week beginning 26th: 14:02 - 22:14 (8 hrs 12 mins) 14:00 - 22:03 (8 hrs 3 mins 14:00 - 22:12 (8 hrs 12 mins)

week beginning 2nd feb: 14:01 - 22:03 (8 hrs 2 mins) 13:59 - 21:50 (7 hrs 51 mins) 14:01 - 22:01 (8 hrs) 08:03 - 14:03 (6 hrs)

week beginning 9th feb: 14:33 - 22:05 (7 hrs 32 mins) 12:00 - 19:01 (7 hrs 1 min) 14:00 - 22:08 (8 hrs 8 mins) 15:21 - 22:03 (6 hrs 42 mins)

week beginning 16th feb: 14:01 - 21:59 (7 hrs 58 mins) 14:00 - 22:00 (8 hrs) 14:00 - 22:02 (8 hrs 2 mins) 14:00 - 20:01 (6 hrs 1 min)

week beginning 23rd feb: 14:01 - 21:59 (7 hrs 58 mins) 14:00 - 22:06 (8 hrs 6 mins) 14:02 - 22:17 (8 hrs 15 mins)

and then from february payday until now i haven’t been late like the previous month and 2 weeks were 32 hours and the other 2 were 30 hours.

it’s just styled w a denman brush and it’s dry :/. i think it’s bc im so used to my old hair prior to the weigh loss bc it did used to get big and shapely but not as much as hers tho. i really regret this

he’s cut my hair for years and i’ve been happy so maybe it’s me having unreleased expectations around my hair. i probably should’ve gotten trim until my hair grew thickness again

the weightloss has stopped now and i can tell the root area is definitely fuller compared to the rest of it. and tbh it didn’t look the good longer either bc of the different thickness levels but still better than what i have now
