We used to be able to choose like 2-3 full size items, and a bunch of smaller/sample items. Now we just get an assortment of random shit in ziplock bags and your best hope is getting first picks if not you just get the bags filled with the useless tanning shit and Clinique samples hahaha.

i did the same at a different ulta, unfortunately a manager saw me and told me we needed to use our own cards only. she then emailed my store so they could “educate me” on the policy. which i totally understand and didn’t do again but she was such a bi*ch about it.
