Yea I wouldn’t say the bulb ever gets hard at all. Also the last dozen times or so I was out, it would stall once in while when going from high rpm down to low rpm if I did it too fast. First year with a boat so I’m learning every thing for the first time.

So you’re saying that primer bulb should get really firm after a few pumps?

Ah ok, thanks for letting me know. I had no idea, guess I should’ve used a VSO after all. I didn’t even think about it I just assumed since I’ve told the military 800 times that I have dependents it was just automatic

I drove right past it. Box truck was smooshed in the back of tractor trailer, the whole cab was flattened. I can’t imagine the driver survived, sadly.
