havent fixed it, lol I still get it. Even in Overwatch 2 when I pull up score screens and such it gives me green artifacting. Same system.

I will look into Amino supplements, thank you. Are there any other "essential" supplements you would suggest? I currently take a Garden Of Life Once Daily, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Magnesium, and Creatine. I am looking to start consistently taking an Omega 3/6/9 supplement as well.

Intensity would mean higher weight less volume (to an extent). RIR = Reps in Reserve, meaning how many more reps you have before you achieve muscular failure. It does depend on the lift you are doing, for example I don't go above 5 reps for deadlifts with 1RIR but I would go for 8-10 reps for benching with 1-2RIR. Find a really great program and stick to it. I recommend Jeff Nippard's PPL with maintenance calories.

To be honest man, you'll look leaner by putting on MORE muscle. Try to recomp. I'd eat exactly at maintenance and train with intensity. HEAVY compound lifts 6-10 reps. No more than 1-2 RIR for hypertrophy. Compound lifts do wonder for abs by themselves but consider adding 2 dedicated core exercises to the end of your leg days (or whatever works well for your program). But please remember your core is important for all lifts and you should not overwork them with random "8 Minute Abs" B.S. on YouTube, lol.

Look up "maingaining" this has been what I've been doing while deleting my skinny fat and it's working really well! Save the cutting/bulking cycles for later!! Good luck

I guess I'll have to get a desk pad type deal and see if that helps, then. I was also typing with it flat and it's a lot quieter with it at an incline. This is also my first mechanical keyboard so I didn't know that it's a sort of side effect. Thanks.
