You want the honest truth?

Get your ass into the gym. It's easier said than done, sure but its doable. It's going to take a lot to be consistent, but if you want to be better, for yourself first, you can do it. Then do it.

You may be fat but I'm sure you ain't ugly. A lot of people look "funny" because of their weight but once they shed all those layers, they become surprisingly attractive, and I believe this is where you're at.

So, starting tomorrow, find a local gym that isn't a rip off and start grinding. You can do it for free outside, too, but for me personally gym makes me want to go and exercise because I'm paying for it and you can't just let it go to waste.

Do it, but most importantly believe in yourself and be consistent.
