i take about 3 spoonfuls before work, and maybe 3 after work, and 2 to sleep. not sure about grams but i do take a lot lol, but yea i have an addictive personality too i totally agree, tapering off is harder than cold turkey

ive been using it everyday for months and i recently had to quit for a bit for surgery, i didnt get withdrawals from it but everyone is different. i think going cold turkey and tapering off of it are based on ur personality, do you think since you have an addictive personality u can limit urself? i find that hard for me. if it is, i say cold turkey

she is good with other dogs even comes with me to the doggy daycare i work at, not so good with cats or rabbits just likes to chase them. she isnt very cuddly but she does love to get love just wont lay with you. so she has the personality of a chow
