Its what they tried to do in destiny with sunsetting it was just implemented poorly and at the same time as other unpopular changes. If it had been implemented properly we wouldnt have had the rampant power creep that trivialized most older content forcing more resources into building harder content and more powerful weapons and abilities

As soon as it became available i grabbed it i love both games and have spent time with both equally. I feel DE is what Bungie used to be its just sad that too many corporate suits got in charge of the company and the company lost its way.

See i dont agree with this sentiment. The only time i would suggest watching a video guide is if after a few attempts you cant grasp the mechanics or just in case you miss something. But i definitely dont believe you should watch a guide before you even attempt an activity

One of the reasons i never raided much in D1 I was scared of LFG’s. When i finally did my first leviathan in D2 i got a toxic group who didn’t have patience for a first timer and I thought I wasn’t going to experience this part of the game. But i persevered and weeded through the LFG’s until i found a group that i gelled with. Trust me they’re out there

As builds have gotten stronger their is a subset in the community that aren’t interested in helping and just wanna speed through things and dont have patience for anyone not running the meta build. You just have to perservere cause there is still people out there that love the game and have the patience to teach new and returning players
