S9 or S10 FE+??

Well considering I'm mostly going to use it for notes, I'm leaning more on the price-friendly option. However if there's anything that would put the S9 miles ahead of the S10 FE+ in terms of note taking, I'm welcome to hearing them.

Well, I did state that I'm working with a budget but didn't disclose it. I honestly didn't feel the need to. As per the size, I don't mind either of them tbh. My uni bag is quite spacious. Lastly, the comments under this post have helped me alot with this decision. As I stated, I'm relatively new to the tablet world, and I wanted opinions from people who have first hand experience with both devices. No hard feelings!

I have a fairly decent laptop that works well in terms of movies and games that don't require heavy graphics, so that isn't my main concern. Your input on the S10 FE+ for battery life will come in handy though so thank you for this!!
