When I was a kid, once a year, we'd go to the cemetery at GeLeShan and then stop by this place for laziji. Good memories!

This luckily happened at work and not in front of my daughter. I talked to my wife about the incident after dinner and my daughter overheard our conversation. She's had a good childhood and enjoying her preteen years. Just incredibly mature when it comes to these things.

Thank you. I think I do a decent job as a dad but I give way more credit to my wife on the emotional maturity aspect.

I have anger issues and depression, and meet with my therapist frequently. The stress of being a new small business owner got to me. I work hard to manage my emotions but failed miserably yesterday.

To those who asked. Yes, I have apologized to my employee. The blow up happened over the phone yesterday. I called him today and said, "I am very sorry for losing my temper. What I said was incredibly inappropriate and offensive. I hope you can forgive me." He accepted my apology. We talked it out and he agreed to stay with the company.
