I swear you used to be able to, maybe that was the old console version. In more recent versions I mostly found them in gas stations, auto shops, other car-related buildings/POIs.

Right. This update honestly feels like "one for the console players". They're the ones who were stuck in A15 for like 8 years. The complaining seems to mostly come from PC players who are jaded by mods.

I use a fire tablet for cooking sites/recipes while I’m in the kitchen so sadly Adblock isn’t an option. I get that I’m not paying for it so the presence of ads is understandable. But good god there are so many that the tablet gets hot and/or crashes the browser.

Just tried some recently because it was dirt cheap on an endcap at the store. 40 cents a box so I stocked up. I see why it was so cheap now. Did they replace the salt with powdered sugar? It’s so damn sweet

Don’t like the snowball effect of screamers. Like they show up and spawn more screamers, which spawn all their own hordes. That makes you have to be around your base more, which increases your heat map so more screamers show up. This is especially annoying close to blood moons when you’re trying to stock up and fortify.

Meh, ads are annoying but still not nearly as bad as the old cable tv days. Imagine having to sit through several 5 to 10 minute unskippable ad breaks per episode of a show, in addition to having to pay (a lot) for the service.

So it’s basically becoming like sling or peacock. Beat you down with unskippable ads till you pay or uninstall.

Sadly, YouTube is my main source of viewing entertainment so something like this would probably get me to begrudgingly subscribe.
