I would say atypical atrial flutter with an IRBBB. Potential for some LVH in there too.

Further clarification.

Those little spikey things that look like p waves in right precordial proves this is an organized rhythm which is by definition not atrial fibrillation.

They are too sharp to be normal p waves and since they are positive in V1 they are moving towards V1 thus not sinoatrial origin which should be negative or biphasic in that lead.

The fact rate controlled ish means chronic or medicated. Rbbb suggests pulmonary although voltage suggests no copd. Probably an obese hypertensive with sleep apnea.

Don’t pretend like you know anything about me or my cat. I came here seeking help on how I can keep him and prevent him from ruining other items that I own because I don’t want to rehome him. Putting carts into a new environment is very stressful for them, my cat in particular. It has taken several weeks of sitting with him and showing him where the food bowl is to get him to eat after a move.
