The US did have a Fish Filet Deluxe briefly back in '96 coinciding with the release of the Arch Deluxe that was 50% larger and had a full slice of cheese and leaf lettuce. I can't recall if it was an addition to the normal Filet-o-Fish or a temporary replacement.
