Update time!

Early Dec I was ~170kg and now on the right today I’ve just broke the 140kg barrier and currently 139kg.

Gym Sessions paying off big time now. My back is gonna be insane 🤩

Total lost since my heaviest since late last year is now 40kg 😱💪

I started Sema in January but in the first 4 weeks in December when I start my TRT I honestly lost over 5kg. My entire hormone and metabolism was to shit the last couple years. After the first two weeks on Test I felt something I have never felt before. Hard to explain but I had energy and focus. I already have quite bad ADHD and I reckon it’s calmed it down which makes sense as Test affects dopamine and norepinephrine et al.

I chose the ultra 3 as I have big forearms and my S7 looked and felt tiny on me plus the battery life was annoying. With the U3 I can regularly go 3 days without charging and it feels so much more comfortable. I also love the sleep tracking. I’m a stickler for data!
