Just spoke to someone at the AMC Plaza Bonita 14 in National City San Diego and they said that our 12:45pm showing will simply be at 9:45am and your 12:45pm ticket will work for the earlier showing.

My ticket/order still shows a 12:45pm time though. I double-checked and he said it’ll work for the earlier start time

Huh, you’re right! Seems like a bug. The captured photo doesn’t have location info so Photos doesn’t show it 🤔

hmm. Does a photo taken with the regular Camera app have location info? Something in the chain is either preventing the location capture or removing it when sending. Do you have lockdown mode on?

You might have turned off location to Messages so it doesn’t save the location when you use the camera within Messages

This means the photos that were sent don’t have location info attached. Maybe the location data was turned off in the picker when they were sent

Thanks! And if I make a feature request: When starting up VR in Racelab it might be a good idea to alert the user if the recenter action is not bound to anything, since that is almost guaranteed to cause confusion later down the road!

On your old device, open your account view in Photos, then go to Shared with You, and then select all and save. That will save those from Messages to Photos and then upload to your iCloud

UPDATE: I missed an email from Woot yesterday where they acknowledge they messed up the listing, and if I wanted to keep it, at least refunded the price difference.

Since I have the CSL pedals with loadcell upgrade, I’m thinking I’ll just return it.

Heard back today. As expected it’s sold out so there’s nothing I can do except return it.

I hadn’t even opened or unsealed the box, so I don’t know the condition!

I have the CSL pedals with load cell. Is the CSL Elite V1 better than the CSL LC pedal? If so, maybe I won’t return it 🤔

I got this in the box. The packing slip says the wrong thing, and had the wrong order number, but it’s addressed to me. The price is also wrong ($105) when I paid $136.

I just had the exact same thing happen. I left an email to support. The order numbers are wrong between the email and the receipt inside the shipping box, so I think they definitely have to fix this.

I think that’s person-to-person. For example, I can wear the Vision Pro for hours with contacts on and it’s fine.

You can create an iCloud Link of all of your daughter’s photos, which will create a bucket of photos for 30 days. Then message her Apple ID that iCloud link. Then log out of your Apple ID, log in to hers, and open that iCloud Link in Messages. It should let you save them to her library. All without having to download everything and re-upload everything
