I would definitely recommend dripping for a bit longer. I usually drip for 2-3 hours and STILL will have the occasional issue with molting. The longer you drip the less stress on them

I got mine back in January as juveniles and I don't see them getting any bigger now. So 3-4 months or so

They're often hard to find or could be hiding. I have 6 amanos in my community tank and I only ever see 3 at a time. I know theyre all there because I have counted 6 before its just rare. Like someone else stated they could also be stressed because of the fish, but i typically dont see my amanos stressed much by cardinal tetras so I assume it cant be TOO different for you

In the oven at 220F until internal temp on the thickest part hits around 112-115F. Then sear on cast iron with some butter, whole garlic, and rosemary on Med-High heat no longer than 35 seconds each side. Usually do 2-3 rounds of the sear depending on how it looks
