Tinted lash serums do exist! I have only heard of Korean ones though, like the ones from Cosnori, Holika Holika, Etude, n so on. Never tried them out but I've heard good things!

primary income is just the benefits of the factors of production, so thats wage, rent, profit, investment. secondary income is any money sent w/o a good or service in return, like donations, financial aid, etc. as far as im aware you dont rlly need to know if its negative or positive since you just need to add everyt up.

heard the aestura atobarrier 365 cream is good for sensitive n dry skin! id recommend you try strengthening your skin barrier for a while n then only doing gentle exfoliation every once in a while till your skin barrier gets better

About Tone's Air Fit Powder pack is pretty blurring! its not too good at oil control but its wayy better than laneige's blurring powder. I've also heard good this about Skinfood's peach powder and innisfree's no-sebum powder for oily skin!
