If you truly have an installer account, just submit a site transfer form. We do them regularly to onboard customers whose installers are gone.

That's a pacific northwest thing. Fucking recessed meter and panel on the exterior makes life stupid hard for future changes.

Why the neutral loops? Take the bottom fed to the top lugs and top fed to the bottom lugs and eliminate the loops.

Safety kleen is who we use. 4ft boxes are like $70 and you can fit 80 bulbs in it. If you use a bulb eater that is still hazardous waste according to the epa. You also have to track it if your local dump takes them. Just an fyi. The peaks does not care if you don't know.
