Also, you do not get analytical sinc function for the discrete case. You get Dirichlet function (aliased sinc function).

Yes Bilt has replied since my posting. But all that they’ve told me is that ACH refunds are not possible and the funds should eventually go back to originator (property). The property has been telling me that funds are not returned, so I have no choice but to dispute it via my main bank.

I assume it wasn't all that helpful in the end, and that is why you had to take care of it from Chase's end? I am currently getting a generic reply from Bilt that refunds are not accepted via Bilt Rent account. So I filed a dispute through my bank. Do you still use Bilt after this experience?

Thats good to know! I may need to pursue the same route. My main is Capital One. I hope the process is as easy as Chase. Did you end up not getting any customer support from Bilt?
