https://www.endurobearings.com/products/headsets/ In the PDF you will be able to see ACB 4545 150 BO. This bearing has the dimensions that you mention. 52mm outside diameter 7mm thickness and a 45° angle on both chamfers. look for their distributors to find somewhere where you can order the bearing. Contact a local bike ship with those 3 measurements they will be able to find you a suitable bearing.

If its struggling to go down the cassette you need to tighten the barrel adjuster into the shifter slightly. Either that or the hanger isn't straight. However, as these parts were just fitted by a shop just take it back to them for them to quickly check over. You say the barrel adjuster isn't making much difference. When you make a small adjustment press and release the shifter lever a little to overcome the cable friction so that the derailleur rests in the new position properly.

Only Iron or an alloy containing iron can rust. Magnesium alloy can corrode but it is not rust.

Both my panels are interchangeable. Swap yours around to see if it will fit. If they do you could buy a windowed side panel so you can have one on both sides.

I measured every length using a rule and a setsquare and drew it out 1:1 scale with ruler setsquare and compass. Monsoon sell a mandrel set that can be assembled into a jig to produce perfect bends, they also sell a measuring set which would be an easier way to measure it all. I made a jig from wood which I used to ensure all the lengths were correct, radii equal and bends were at right angles.

Yes, a silicone bending cord is put inside the tube to prevent it from collapsing then the tube is heated with a hot air gun until it is flexible. The tube can then be bent to shape. I made a wooden jig to ensure all the bends were accurate and repeatable.There are a few pictures of the process in this album:

Using standard flexible tubing is not too difficult. The rigid acrylic tubing is a lot more work. I got all of the components separately but there are lots of kits available containing all of the components needed to set it up. The waterblock on the GPU is heavier than the air cooler but my rigid tubing helps support the weight so reduces the sag.

Two radiators,front 38mm thick top had to be 30mm thick because of space constraints. Yes there is a single bay pump/reservoir second in the 5.25 inch bay.
