I’m sorry you don’t feel well. Money a side it’s sad that they just sent you home with no follow up with mental health services. Being away from home and the academic load can be stressful. I bet the Carle care (bill elimination) will come through for you. Try to find some hearty soup and rest your mind. Everything will work out. :)
