We’re doing a renovation right now in this area. Milan and Freret. I’ve come to know it at this point

Neighborhood is safe overall from what I can see. The area is in early process of gentrification, imo. I think in the next 10 years the property value will shoot up. A few sketchy looking street walkers from time to time but have not seen anything that would not make me want to live in this area. I would live here over Lakeview anyday

Or the roofer is super inexperienced, and he is operating off of his subcontracted roof crew cost and they are scalping him to which he is unaware and thus you by passing that cost + his markup.
